Dr. Nirmala Chetty, M.D

Dr. Chetty is one among those rare physicians who excel both as a physician and as a businesswoman. She has worked as a hospitalist in several hospitals in central New Jersey and is currently affiliated with University Medical Center of Princeton, Virtua Memorial Hospital and Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County. She received her degree in Medicine from Bangalore University and completed her residency at Capital Health System in New Jersey. She is passionate about her medical practice and believes that healthcare as it exists now will undergo a fundamental transformation and that Telemedicine will be a big part of how medicine will be practiced in the future. She founded Slayback Health to be in the forefront of this transformation.
Dr. Bharathi Raju, M.D
Dr. Bharathi is a board certified, fellowship trained endocrinologist and the head of South County Endocrinology and Obesity Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. She did her Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Washington University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Flushing Medical for College service in New York. She also has certification in Obesity Medicine and ISCD Bone Densitometry. She has published widely in several peer reviewed publications such as Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism and American Journal of Physiology and Diabetes. Dr. Bharathi believes that, in this day and age, geography shouldn’t be a barrier for practicing medicine and is committed to the mission of Slayback Health to deliver healthcare virtually anywhere.
Nina M. Antoniotti, RN, MBA, PhD
Chief Clinical Advisor
Dr. Antoniotti is the President and CEO of AthenaWerx TeleHealth Transformational Consulting and is currently the Director of TeleHealth at a large Midwestern health system in Wisconsin. She started her career in TeleHealth after twenty years experience in hospital-based health care. Dr. Antoniotti has received attention for her pioneering efforts in the development of TeleHealth, being one of the early professional success stories in the late 1990’s as she started a large multi-site, multi-specialty TeleHealth program. She quickly became one of the nation’s leaders in business planning, provider and patient adoption, clinical operations, technology innovation, value proposition, and integration of TeleHealth into clinical systems of care.
Dr. Antoniotti is the past Chair and current member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) Standards and Guidelines Committee, is past-chair of the ATA Policy Committee and current member, is a past Board Member of the ATA and is past Vice-President of the Board of the Center for Telemedicine Law, Washington, DC. In 2007, Dr. Antoniotti received the ATA’s President’s Award for Individual Achievement in the advancement of Telemedicine world-wide. In 2009, Dr. Antoniotti was one of 10 people in the world inducted into the ATA’s College of Fellows blogger for her contributions to ATA and the world of telemedicine. Dr. Antoniotti is also recognized for her international efforts to deploy TeleHealth initiatives and has worked in China to set up TeleHealth services between the United States and Hangzhou, Zheijing, China (2007-2009). She was invited to assist and worked with Iran’s Minister of Health and the University of Tehran in understanding how to deploy a national TeleHealth strategy for the people of Iran in 2011.
Elizabeth Babcock, RD, LD
Elizabeth Babcock is a Texas Christian University Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Coordinated Dietetics. As a Registered Dietitian, her experience in various fields includes weight management, diabetes, private practice, clinical dietetics, foodservice management, community dietetics, pediatrics, nutrition education and health promotion. As a Type 1 Diabetic, her passion is for working with patients with diabetes and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Elizabeth additionally works at South County Endocrinology and Obesity Medicine LLC implementing a weight loss program. The weight loss program consists of initial and monthly nutritional assessments, menu planning and development and group weight-loss sessions.
Peter A. Zahos, M.D.

Dr. Peter Zahos is a board certified neurosurgeon with a focus on the surgical treatment of brain tumors, and deep brain stimulation (DBS), a procedure that involves the implantation of a brain pacemaker to regulate electronic impulses in the brain. He was formerly the chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida and a member of the Brain Tumor Institute and the Department of Neurosurgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio.He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Zahos completed his undergraduate degree at Yale University, his medical degree at George Washington University and his neurosurgical training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He has served on the medical school faculties at the University of Michigan, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine. He has been an author on multiple publications and patents and has lectured in the field of neurosurgery. He is an entrepreneur involved in medical device development in the fields of spinal disease, neurostimulation and medical informatics.
